Introduction:
Everyone seeks to develop themselves and achieve their self, then they have known what they want from life, and with this, they have the right to be proud of themselves and to declare it, to find the appropriate place to perform their role in life, through a job that matches their qualifications, abilities, and skills.
The personal interview becomes easier when you have a modern attractive-looking CV, but not only that; in addition, it is written by a recruitment specialist and an expert in the secrets of personal interviews. As a result, and most importantly, you will be able through this CV to express your abilities that recruitment officials are looking for, which may not always be possible to mention in the field. In other words, this professional CV will be able to lead you to the most desired jobs with high confidence.
After that, you should benefit from our other services, for example, requesting pre-interview consultation to enhance your chances of convincing the recruitment officer of your abilities, which are expressed through the CV. Moreover, you will train for the specific interview for the job you applied for and were invited to, so we can review your answers before it actually happens, thus gaining confidence before performing it.
From here, you must master describing yourself through your CV, which is submitted for a job or for a request to complete education, and this can be followed by a request from the entity you submitted your CV to, to invite you for an interview to accept or reject your application.
To increase the chances of success, you must have skills in preparing and writing a professional CV, as well as interview skills for employment/continuing education acceptance.
This is what we at Maharat Al-Najah Foundation always strive for: continuous improvement of training packages, and given the training circumstances, interaction, and diligent effort to meet the actual training needs of the participants, the trainer may add 20% increase or decrease to the training package content to match the actual training sites for the participants, while maintaining quality and professionalism in delivering the program.

20. The organizing body prints trainee cards bearing the training entity’s logo, Maharat Al-Najah logo, training program name, and hangs them on the trainer’s chest. They are collected at the training hall’s reception desk when trainees leave to record attendance and manage the system.

It will be professionally photographed and packaged at the organizer’s expense, with the cost deducted from the course revenue.
Training program evaluation and assessment methods:
1. Evaluation tools by the trainer and course management:
Training is a gap-bridging process, and for the training program to succeed, a system of factors contributes to its success: the trainer, course management, services, training hall, training package, training objectives, trainees, internal and external training environment. The course is evaluated before, during, and after, with a pre-meeting to confirm training needs and objectives, review the program, and assign tasks (see appendices — evaluation meeting, pre-meeting objectives). A daily meeting is held after each training day, lasting 30 minutes, including the trainer, the training team, and the course manager, to review the day’s program and discuss improvements (see appendices — daily evaluation meeting). A final meeting is held after the program ends, lasting one hour, for a final evaluation and recommendations for improvement (see appendices — final evaluation meeting).
Initial evaluation relies on expectation charts and trainee experience forms (see appendices — expectation chart and experience form), filled out before the program starts. During and after the program, evaluation depends on observation, measurement, daily trainee evaluation forms, and a evaluation board.
2. Evaluation tools by trainees:
- Experience forms (see appendices — expectation chart and experience form).
- Daily and final evaluation forms (see appendices — training program evaluation form).
- Daily evaluation board (see appendices — daily evaluation board).
- Suggestion box (see appendices — suggestion box).
These evaluation tools are reviewed periodically and analyzed using Excel daily (see appendices — evaluation form analysis).
Conditions for passing any training program:
To receive a certificate of successful completion, the participant must:
- Attend at least 90% of the training hours.
- Actively participate in all training activities.
- Pass the training tests designed by the trainer.
Rules to follow during the training organization:
1. The trainer is the team leader in the training program and acts as the team leader, with the right to request everyone to increase effort and contribution.
2. The course coordinator or director holds a briefing session with the trainer at least one day before the program begins, explaining participant backgrounds, training needs, main issues, and backgrounds (religious, sectarian, cultural, religious, economic, social, and professional).
3. A daily end-of-day session is held to evaluate each training day, including the trainer, course manager, and coordinator, to review feedback and improve the course.
4. Smoking inside the training hall, corridors, or restrooms is strictly prohibited, especially for the administrative, marketing, and training teams.
5. All training, administrative, and marketing team members must respect prayer times and perform prayers in congregation with trainees, as they serve as role models; prayer will be paused immediately upon call, with no delay or interruption.
6. No one other than the trainer is allowed inside the hall without special permission, which is at the trainer’s discretion, to serve the training program.
