The management of the training process
The introduction: Organizations are concerned with training because the expenditure on it represents an investment in human resources, which may have a return in the form of increased overall productivity. At the individual level, the importance of training appears in increasing knowledge and skills, which may lead to raising the motivation and ability of the individual to work.
Training is considered one of the activities that raise the current and future capabilities and skills of workers. Training differs from education in that training focuses on increasing abilities and skills related to a specific job, while education involves increasing knowledge and understanding that are not necessarily linked to a specific job.
Training during service holds a prominent place in the Ministry of Education's interests as it is an investment in human resources. It is one of the important ways to create a qualified cadre of teachers, female teachers, school principals, and educational leaders equipped with information, skills, attitudes, and various and renewed methods that help improve and develop their skills and abilities, and attempt to change their behavior and attitudes positively. This, in turn, raises their competencies and performance levels, contributing to the advancement of the educational branch and benefiting the educational process.
To ensure that in-service training is effective and that trainers in the field of education can contribute actively to achieving training goals, this package has been designed to guide female teachers, supervisors, and school directors to help them acquire and develop the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes for effective training.

They are professionally printed and bound at the organizer’s expense, with the printing cost deducted from the course revenue.
Training program evaluation and assessment tools:
1. Evaluation tools by the trainer and course management:
Training is a gap-bridging activity, and for the training program to succeed, a system of factors contributes to its success: the trainer, course management, services, training hall, training package, training objectives, trainees, internal and external training environment. The course is evaluated before, during, and after, with a pre-course meeting to confirm trainees’ training needs, understand their objectives, review the program, and assign tasks (see Appendices – Pre-Training Meeting Evaluation). A daily meeting is held after each day’s training for 30 minutes, involving the trainer, the training team, the course manager, and the services manager to review the day’s program and discuss improvements (see Appendices – Daily Evaluation Meeting). A final evaluation meeting is held after the course ends, lasting one hour, to provide final recommendations for improvement (see Appendices – Final Evaluation Meeting). Initial evaluation relies on expectation charts and trainee experience forms (see Appendices – Expectation Chart and Experience Form). During and after the program, evaluation is based on observation, measurement, daily trainee evaluation forms, and a evaluation board.
2. Evaluation tools by trainees:
- Experience forms (see Appendices – Expectation Chart and Experience Form)
- Daily and final evaluation forms (see Appendices – Training Program Evaluation Form)
- Daily evaluation board (see Appendices – Daily Evaluation Board)
- Suggestion box (see Appendices – Suggestion Box)
These evaluation tools are periodically analyzed using Excel, daily (see Appendices – Training Evaluation Form Analysis).
Conditions for passing any training program:
To receive a certificate of completion, participants must:
- Attend at least 90% of the training hours.
- Actively participate in all training activities.
- Pass the training assessments designed by the trainer.
Regulations to consider during training organization:
1. The trainer is the team leader of the training program and acts as the team captain, with the right to request everyone to increase effort and output.
2. The course coordinator or manager holds a briefing session with the trainer at least one day before the program begins, explaining participant backgrounds, training needs, key issues, and backgrounds (religious, sectarian, cultural, economic, social, and occupational).
3. A daily end-of-day session is held to evaluate each training day, involving the trainer, course manager, and coordinator, to review trainee and trainer feedback and improve the course.
4. Smoking inside the training hall, corridors, or restrooms, especially for the administrative, marketing, and training team, is strictly prohibited.
5. All training, administrative, and marketing staff must respect prayer times and perform prayers in congregation with trainees, as they set an example for others. The prayer will be immediately halted for the call to prayer, and delaying or disrupting prayer is not permitted.
6. No one other than participants with special permission from the trainer is allowed inside the hall, and the trainer has sole authority to decide on entry.
