The exam assesses AI management-system principles and requirements, implementation planning and execution, performance evaluation, continual improvement and certification-audit preparation.
A successful exam result allows application for an eligible PECB ISO/IEC 42001 Implementer credential. PECB assigns credential tiers according to verified professional experience and AI management-system project activity.
Course completion, examination success, certification application and credential issuance are separate stages; the credential is not issued automatically.
