PECB lists Provisional Risk Manager, Risk Manager, Lead Risk Manager and Senior Lead Risk Manager grades. The Lead Risk Manager grade requires five years of professional experience, including two years in risk management, and 300 hours of risk-management activity. Other grades have different experience thresholds; application requirements and the Code of Ethics remain applicable.
