Product description
An Indonesian coffee from Sumatra using the Infused process, featuring peach, pineapple, and mango notes.
A tropical burst.. in a clearly fruity cup.
The "Peaches" crop presents a non-traditional Indonesian experience originating from the island of Sumatra. This coffee consists of mixed local varieties (Ateng / Sigararutang) grown at altitudes ranging from 1100 to 1500 meters, which underwent the "Infused Process" to blend tropical flavors in a precise manner. Notes of ripe peach, pineapple, and mango manifest in the cup, supported by high fruity sweetness, a medium body, and medium fruity acidity that adds clear refreshment.
At Ninth Bar, backed by over 15 years of experience serving more than 3 million cups of specialty coffee from our Jeddah roastery, we selected this crop to be the optimal choice for lovers of clear fruity flavors, having roasted it to a "medium" degree to be perfect and exclusively designed for V60 filter brewing.
Flavor Experience:
The sip opens with the refreshing acidity of pineapple, centered around tropical mango sweetness, and crowned with the clear, smooth flavor of peach in a medium body that leaves a fruity sensation of refreshment.
