Product description

A Colombian coffee with a special honey process, featuring strawberry, watermelon, and floral notes.

The juiciness of watermelon.. and the refreshment of strawberry.

The "Habhab" crop presents an exceptionally refreshing Colombian experience that relies on a "special honey fermentation process." The Castillo variety beans, grown at an altitude of 1800 meters, shine with rare fruity notes combining strawberry, watermelon, and floral tones. Thanks to the "light to medium" roast level, this coffee retains high fruity sweetness and a light to medium body that allows flavors to flow, supported by a light to medium acidity that adds a sense of intense refreshment.

At Ninth Bar, backed by over 15 years of experience serving more than 3 million cups of specialty coffee from our Jeddah roastery, we selected this crop to be the optimal choice for fans of V60 filter brewing, where there is ample room to discover the floral aromatic character and the fruity juiciness reminiscent of fresh fruit juices.

Flavor Experience:

The sip opens with delicate floral breezes, quickly developing to reveal the sweetness of fresh strawberry, and settling with exceptional juiciness and watermelon flavor in a light body that leaves a sensation of cleanliness and hydration.

Yes, these flavors were created entirely naturally thanks to the interaction of the Castillo variety with the "special honey fermentation" technique during processing.

3- Why is it recommended to brew this coffee using V60 only?

Because drip (filter) brewing and a light to medium roast are the most suitable for highlighting the light body and delicate fruity flavors like flowers and watermelon.
