Introduction: Everyone seeks to develop themselves and achieve their potential; then they will know what they want from life, and thus they have the right to be proud of themselves and to announce it, to find the suitable place to perform their role in life through a job that matches their qualifications, abilities, and skills. A personal interview becomes easier when you have a modern, attractive-looking resume, but not only that; it should also be written by a recruitment specialist and an expert in the secrets of personal interviews. As a result, and most importantly, you will be able to use this resume to express your abilities that recruitment officials are looking for, which the field may not always allow you to mention. In other words, this professional resume will be able to connect you to the most desired jobs with high confidence. After that, you should benefit from our other services, such as requesting pre-interview consultation to enhance your chances of convincing the recruitment officer of your abilities, which are expressed through the resume. Furthermore, you will train for the interview related to the job you applied for and were invited to, allowing us to review your answers beforehand, thus gaining confidence before actually performing it. From here, you must master describing yourself through your "personal resume," which is submitted for a job or for a request to continue education, and may be followed by a request from the organization you submitted your resume to, inviting you for an interview to accept or reject your application. To increase your chances of success, you must acquire skills in preparing and writing a professional resume, as well as interview skills for employment/continuing education acceptance. Evaluation tools by the trainer and course management: Training is about closing performance gaps, and for the training program to succeed, a system of factors contributes to its success: the trainer, course management, services, training hall, training package, training objectives, trainees, internal and external training environment. The course is evaluated before, during, and after, with a pre-meeting to confirm training needs, understand trainees’ objectives, review the program, and assign tasks (see Appendices — Evaluation Meeting for the Program, Pre-Meeting Objectives). A daily meeting is held after each training day, lasting 30 minutes, including the trainer, the training team, the course manager, and the services manager, to review the day’s program and discuss improvements for the next day (see Appendices — Daily Evaluation Meeting). A final evaluation meeting is held after the program, lasting one hour, to finalize assessment and include recommendations for improvement when the program is repeated (see Appendices — Final Evaluation Meeting). Initial evaluation relies on expectation charts and trainee experience forms (see Appendices — Expectation Chart and Trainee Experience Form), filled out before the program begins. During and after the program, evaluation depends on observation, measurement, daily trainee evaluation forms, and a evaluation board. 2. Trainee Evaluation Methods: a. Experience forms (see Appendices — Expectation Chart and Trainee Experience Form) b. Daily and final evaluation forms (see Appendices — Training Program Evaluation Form) c. Daily evaluation board (see Appendices — Daily Evaluation Board) d.
