🌸 Why saffron is so precious
Saffron is picked by hand, thread by thread, and each season yields small amounts, which makes it one of the most precious spices. Because Super Negin threads are fully red, a small pinch colours and scents a whole dish, so a pack lasts a long time.
🏅 The four saffron grades
- Super Negin: first grade, the one in this product.
- Negin: second grade.
- Abu Shal: third grade.
- Abu Shaiba: fourth grade.
🫙 Storage
