☕ How to use saffron threads

1. In Saudi coffee: leave a few threads in with the cardamom until the end of brewing.
2. In kabsa and mandi rice for colour and aroma.
3. In the syrup for luqaimat, kunafa and other sweets.
4. In a cup of hot milk after dinner.

📊 Saffron grades

🌿 From flower to pack

The flowers are picked by hand and the red threads are separated one by one, so the yield is small and the value high. Super Negin collects the red threads only, without the yellow parts.

🧊 Storage

Keep the packs in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, and close an opened pack tightly to preserve the colour and aroma of the threads.
