Product description

A natural Ethiopian coffee with notes of red berry, mango, and lavender in a soft, fruity body

Ethiopia's gateway.. to an unforgettable sensory journey.

The Goji crop takes you on a deep journey into the heart of Ethiopia, standing out as an exceptionally soft and fruity coffee. Through the natural (dried) processing method, the local Ethiopian Heirloom variety beans retained their full aromatic profile. Notes of red berry, apricot, and mango cascade to refresh the senses, gently giving way to a warm touch of chocolate and the elegant aroma of lavender.

This flavor complexity is supported by a growing altitude ranging from 1950 to 2500 meters, which calibrates the acidity and body to be soft and balanced.

At the Ninth Bar roastery in Jeddah, backed by over 15 years of experience and more than 3 million cups of specialty coffee served, we roasted this crop to a "medium-light" degree to preserve its delicate aromatic soul without muting its fruity layers.

We recommend brewing via V60 to discover the details of lavender and tropical fruits, or via Espresso for a rich, harmonious cup.

Flavor Experience:

The experience begins with an immersive fruitiness of mango and red berry, centered around fresh apricot notes, and finishes with a delicate floral touch of lavender intertwined with a warm chocolate tone—all enveloped in a smooth body that cradles the high sweetness.
