Product description

Yson Transfer Laser Paper for Solid Materials

  • This paper is ideal for transferring images and designs in very high quality onto solid surfaces.
  • The difference between this paper and sublimation paper is that it does not require a special coating and can be used directly on any type of ceramic, metal, stone, glass, plastic, and other products.
  • This type of paper is compatible with most laser printers.
  • The work area must be white or light-colored.
  • Suitable for use with a wide range of materials such as ceramic mugs and tiles, magnetic boards, various metals, painted wood, and many other solid surfaces.
  • This type of paper leaves no residue in unprinted areas and prints only the ink area with excellent results.
  • Changing the paper type on your printer to extra-heavy will usually result in reverse printing, except on transparent materials such as acrylic and glass.
  • Use a polyester insulator during the process.
  • Always ensure the press is pressed firmly and remove the paper only after it has cooled.
  • For stronger adhesion, place the materials being transferred in a heat oven for 15-20 seconds at 180°C. A clear varnish can be applied as a final step for added durability, and it's usually sprayed from a distance.

How to Use

1. Print the image on paper using a laser printer (extra heavyweight paper).

2. Attach the paper to the material you want to print on using heat-sealing tape.

3. Adjust the pressure in the heat press to ensure firm pressure.

4. Set the heat and time settings in the heat press:

- Ceramics, metal, and glass: 160°C (320°F) for 180 seconds.

- Leather and wood: 160°C (320°F) for 60 seconds.

- Pens: 175°C (347°F) for 25 seconds. Recommended size: 1.3 x 5 cm.

- Temperature and time vary from material to material and may have slight variations. The best method is to test it several times and choose the most suitable temperature and time.

5- Close the heat press and wait the specified time.

6- Remove the paper after it has cooled.
