Introduction:
Developed countries strive to improve their educational systems and policies, focusing on the quality of educational outputs and learning outcomes to prepare their students for life and future jobs: in line with their developmental aspirations and directions, based on results of national assessments and subsequent studies continuously applied — using scientific methodologies that determine the knowledge and skills students have learned and can perform in targeted learning areas, and to reveal their ability to apply them in problem-solving and facing various challenges.
In this context, Nafees national tests are considered one of the main requirements for comprehensive educational reform; they provide a realistic assessment of performance based on the idea of evaluation for development and improvement, as an integral part of quality assurance processes, as well as an effective tool to guide decision-makers in judging the quality of education and learning programs, making appropriate decisions, and setting improvement priorities and follow-up.
In this direction, the Education and Training Evaluation Authority aims to achieve its main goals of improving the quality and efficiency of education and training and their contribution to driving sustainable national development, through implementing a set of developmental programs linked to the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, including: the national testing program conducted by the authority in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, with the participation of specialists and experts from universities and relevant bodies, based on the decision of the esteemed Council of Ministers No. (108), dated 14/14/1441 AH, which includes in paragraphs (2 and 6) of Article Four: "Periodic evaluation and accreditation of schools, higher education institutions, and training institutions, according to standards approved by the council, and the development and implementation of standardized educational measures and tests such as university admission tests, national tests in general education stages related to the evaluation of general education, and training, professional, linguistic, and cognitive tests, among others."
Nafees national tests aim to provide reliable cumulative data for decision-makers regarding the achievement level of students and targeted educational outcomes, and to provide comparable performance indicators at the national level, monitoring progress over successive periods in key learning fields: reading, mathematics, and science, as well as other learning areas to achieve specific purposes within clear reference and specialized frameworks, which form a vital resource to support the development of educational practices in schools and improve student learning.
This program provides an overview of Nafees national tests in reading, mathematics, and science, highlights their importance, and offers students guidance on how to take the test, question patterns, available time, how to choose the correct answer, and other preparatory information.
At Skills of Success Foundation, we always strive for continuous improvement of training packages, and given the circumstances of training involving interaction and diligent effort to meet the actual training needs of participants, the trainer may add or reduce up to 20% of the training package content to ensure the actual training sites for participants align with quality and professionalism in delivering the program.

Training Program Evaluation and Assessment Methods:
1- Evaluation tools by the trainer and course management:
Training is about closing performance gaps, and for the training program to succeed, a system of factors contributes to its success: the trainer, course management, services, training hall, training bag, training objectives, trainees, internal and external training environment. The course is evaluated before, during, and after, with a pre-meeting held before the program to confirm training needs, understand trainees’ and training entity’s objectives, review the training program, and distribute tasks (see Appendices — Evaluation Meeting for the Program, Pre-Meeting Objectives). A daily meeting is held after the training day, 15 minutes before the end, lasting 30 minutes, including the trainer, the training body, and the course coordinator, to review the day’s program and discuss improvements for the next day (see Appendices — Daily Evaluation Meeting). A final meeting is held after the program for an hour for final evaluation and recommendations for improvement when presenting the program again (see Appendices — Final Evaluation Meeting).
Initial evaluation relies on the expectations board and trainee experience forms (see Appendices — Expectations Board and Trainee Experience Form), filled out by participants before the program begins. During and after the program, evaluation depends on observation, measurement, daily evaluation forms from trainees, and the evaluation board.
2- Evaluation tools by trainees:
a- Experience forms (see Appendices — Expectations Board and Trainee Experience Form)
b- Daily and final evaluation form (see Appendices — Training Program Evaluation Form)
c- Daily evaluation board (see Appendices — Daily Evaluation Board)
d- Suggestion box (see Appendices — Suggestion Box)
These evaluation tools are periodically reviewed and analyzed using Excel daily (see Appendices — Evaluation Form Analysis for the Training Program).

Regulations to Observe During Training Organization:
1- The trainer is the team leader in the training program, representing the team leader, with the right to request everyone to double effort and dedication.
2- The course coordinator or manager holds a special introductory session with the trainer at least one day before the program begins, explaining participant backgrounds, training needs, main issues faced, and their social, religious, sectarian, cultural, economic, social, and occupational backgrounds.
3- A daily end-of-day session is held to evaluate each training day, including the trainer, course manager, and coordinator, to review trainee and trainer feedback and improve the course.
4- Smoking inside the training hall, corridors, or restrooms is strictly prohibited, especially for the administrative, marketing, and training team.
5- All training, administrative, and marketing team members must respect prayer times and perform prayers in congregation with trainees, as they serve as role models; prayer will be paused immediately at the call to prayer, and delaying or interrupting it is not allowed.
6- No one other than the trainer is allowed to enter the hall without special permission, which is at the trainer’s sole discretion, to serve the training program.
