The range:Returns and exchanges include all products and exclude:• Electric, seal, and gasket items.• Customer's special orders. Return and exchange period:• The return period is seven (7) days from the invoice date if there is an error or defect in the purchased item.• The replacement period is fourteen (14) days from the invoice date. Reasons for return:Determine acceptable reasons (e.g. non-conformance, hidden defects, incorrect information). Return request processing:1. Proof of purchase order: original invoice or warranty claim.2. Item Condition: Only unopened and used items will be accepted. Replacement request processing:• Availability: Guaranteed prompt replacement of identical items, prioritizing stock availability within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.• Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer (if he wants to return or exchange the item) or the seller (if it does not match the ordered item).• Price differences: If there is a difference in the price of the item through a refund or return, the buyer will bear the difference based on the value of the replaced item. Refund method:• In cash payment, the amount will be refunded in cash.• If paying by bank transfer, cheque, or credit card, refunds will only be made by bank transfer.
