Replacement request processing:• Availability: Guaranteed prompt replacement of identical items, prioritizing stock availability within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.• Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer (if he wants to return or exchange the item) or the seller (if it does not match the ordered item).• Price differences: If there is a difference in the price of the item through a refund or return, the buyer will bear the difference based on the value of the replaced item.
