This service is available (remotely) to all regions of the Kingdom, except for the city of Rabigh (face-to-face/remotely) according to the mother’s desire.
The total classes number is (8): six of which are related to exercises for pregnant women, and two include postures that contribute to facilitating childbirth.

Kindly note that you will be charged 80 riyals for each class you miss. The same price goes for an additional session
In order to activate the service and choose the appropriate dates, please communicate (communication channels are available on the store’s home page) with the store owner immediately after completing the purchase process.
There is no refund after activating the service!
For a comfortable and smooth experience, you need:
-A Yoga mat or any kind of sport mat that does not cause slippage or scratches. Available in sports stores .
-Yoga blocks or a piece of sofa bolster. Available in sports stores.
