As a result of this, the Flair 58 features Flair’s first industry standard 58mm portafilter as well as a more robust frame and T-grip lever for ease of extractions at higher pressures. The Flair 58 has also been designed with specific upgrades to the preheating process by providing the ability to control the preheat of the brew head with a built-in temperature controller.
