Force sensitive resistance with square 1.75" x 1.5" detection area. The FSR changes the resistance according to the amount of pressure applied to the detection area.
The stronger the force, the lower the resistance.
If no pressure is applied to the FSR the resistance is larger than 1 megaohm. The FSR can detect the force applied anywhere from 100g to 10kg.
The two pins extend at 0.1" pitch from the bottom of the sensor, making it suitable for panboarding.
Opposite side of the detection area has a peel and stick rubber backing to attach the FSR
