Applicability of the Return Policy

This return policy applies to all customers purchasing products from SmartBest, either through our website www.smartbest.co or via the SmartBest mobile app.

Products Eligible for Return

Return Period: Returns are accepted for eligible products within fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your order.
Eligibility: Only products marked with "Eligible for Hassle-Free Returns" qualify for return. Non-returnable products will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Categories and Return Conditions:

Electronics and Mobiles:

Must be returned in original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
If the product is opened or used, returns will only be accepted in case of manufacturing defects, with the original box, accessories, and documentation intact.
SmartBest reserves the right to determine if the item will be repaired, returned, or refunded.

Fashion (Apparel, Footwear, Accessories):

Apparel must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags and labels intact.
Undergarments, lingerie, and swimwear are non-returnable.

Beauty and Health:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Personal care products, supplements, and fragrances cannot be returned once opened.

Home & Kitchen:

Large home appliances and furniture are non-returnable.
Home decor must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify for returns.

Sports, Toys, and Baby Products:

Only unused items in their original packaging will be accepted for return.
Perishable goods and hygiene-related products (e.g., diapers, baby feeding accessories) are non-returnable.

Return Process

Return Request: Once initiated, the product must reach our fulfillment center within one week, depending on your location.
Processing Time: Once received, the return will be processed within two (2) business days.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are issued within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days depending on the payment method used.

General Conditions

Rejected Items: If a return does not meet our conditions, it will be rejected. We will attempt to return the rejected item to you twice. If both attempts fail, the item will be held for three (3) business days before disposal.
Non-Returnable Products: Grocery items, perishable goods, and specific categories mentioned above are not eligible for return.
