ما هو نظام الـ OCAT ALIGNERS  ؟

نظام الــ OCAT ALIGNERS علامة تجارية مملوكة بالكامل لـ معامل المختبر السعودي لتقنية الأسنان وهي محمية بالكامل من قبل الهيئة السعودية للملكية الفكرية نظام العلامات التجارية لدول الخليج العربي وهي تعني Orthodontic clear aligners treatment العلاج التقويمي بالشرائح الشفافة .

المنتج يتم تصنيعه محليا بالكامل مع عمل شراكات مع أنظمة البرمجة العالمية يتم تصميمه وتصنيعه ب معامل المختبر السعودي لتقنية الأسنان عبر فريق عمل متخصص متطور مما يعني :

1- سرعة التصنيع بعد اعتماد التصميم من قبل الطبيب ( 7 أيام عمل ) .

2- إمكانية تصنيع الشرائح على مراحل ليسهل إعادة التصنيع من آخر مرحلة .

3- سرعة تصنيع شريحة بديلة (مجانا لمرتين ) في حال تلفت الشريحة السابقة أو ضاعت .

4- سهولة التواصل ما بين الطبيب وفريق التصميم .

5- حضور الطبيب لمقر النظام في حال رغب الاطلاع على سير عمل حالاته .

6- وجود فريق فني متخصص للإشراف على تخطيط وتصميم الحالة بالمشاركة مع طبيب الأسنان .

2- تصنيع القوالب على مراحل كل شهر يتم تصنيع قالبين للفك الواحد ويتم تحرير فاتورة بهذا العدد فقط .

4- تصنيع مثبت شفاف نهائي مجاني .

2- صور للمريض من الجانبين والأمام وجهة الحنك واللسان.

3- صور اشعة CPCT .

4- التصميم ( يتم إرسال رباط ثلاثي أبعاد للطبيب )

5- التصنيع ( خلال مدة 7 أيام عمل ).

What is the OCAT ALIGNERS system?

The OCAT ALIGNERS system is a trademark wholly owned by the Saudi Dental lab Tech. It is fully protected by the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property. It means; Orthodontic clear aligners treatment.

The product is manufactured entirely locally with partnerships with global programming systems. It is designed and manufactured by the saudi Dental Lab Tech through an advanced specialized team, which means:

1- Manufacturing after approval of the design by the dentist takes (5 days).

2- The possibility of manufacturing the clear aligner in stages to facilitate re-manufacturing from the last stage.

3- The speed of manufacturing a replacement aligner (free of charge for twice ) in case the previous aligner was damaged or lost.

4- Ease of communication between the dentist and the designer team.

5- The dentist can visit the Ocat aligners team to see the progress of his cases.

6- The presence of a specialized technical team to supervise the planning and design of the case in partnership with the dentist.

7- The Ocat Aligners system has licensing agreements with a number of programming companies and does not limit itself to a specific name, which ensures continuity.

System features:

1- Free design.

2- Molds are manufactured in stages. Each month, two molds are manufactured for one jaw, and an invoice is issued for this number only.

3- There is no additional cost to the dentist or patient that he did not complete the treatment , mains; what was currently treated is already paid.

4- Vacum final retainer for free .

5- Re-manufacturing of the damaged or lost previous aligner twice during the treatment period, and the third time manufacturing is done with a new invoice .

6- The cost of one Aligner is 350 riyals only for maximum 20 Aligners 

 1- A clear manual or digital impression .

2- Photographs of the patient from the sides, front, palate and tongue.

3- CPCT radiographs.

4- Design (a three-dimensional link is sent to the dentist )

5- Manufacturing (within 7 working days).
