Exchange and return policy

Exchange policy:

The consumer does not have the right to replace the product in the following cases:

2- If a defect appears in the product due to misuse by the consumer.

3- When adding a product from outside the site.

4- Products excluded from exchange: flowers, chocolate, and cards.

Return Policy:

1- The amount or part of it cannot be refunded in the following cases:

* The recipient refused to receive the gift.

* There is any incorrect information in the information provided by the buyer.

* The recipient of the gift is not present or is late in receiving it for 30 minutes.

* When you start preparing your order.
