Product description

A honey-processed Costa Rican coffee featuring berry, almond, and floral notes with high syrupy sweetness.

Syrup sweetness.. in a balanced cup.

The "Brunca" crop presents a distinct Costa Rican experience originating from the famous coffee-growing region of "Brunca". "Caturra" variety beans are grown at an altitude of 1800 meters and undergo a precise "honey" process that imparts a syrupy body and high sweetness. Notes of berry, almond, and flowers manifest in the cup, supported by medium acidity and body that achieve perfect balance.

At Ninth Bar, with over 15 years of experience serving more than 3 million cups of specialty coffee from our Jeddah roastery, we selected this crop to be an ideal choice for lovers of rich, sweet cups with a distinct character, whether brewed via V60 to highlight delicate floral notes, or as Espresso to concentrate the sweetness and syrupy body.

Flavor Experience:

The sip begins with a medium acidity reminiscent of fresh berries, developing to reveal roasted almond notes, and settling with a luxurious syrupy feel and delicate floral flavors in a medium body.
