Product description

"Live in the heart of a lion, and do not live in the heart of a human," a piece of advice he heard before his mother departed. For man, as they say, is a deep, dark well. With her passing, his life turns into a tragic path in which he finds himself surrendering, while fate snatches away his friends one after another. He retreats in his last days to a house overlooking Beirut. Suddenly, a butterfly enters the house, taking him back to his hometown and childhood, to the age when everything is imprinted, and to the places he always carried with him in his literary imaginings. A hope appears here: "If fate has eyes, I wish to put my eye in its eye as we, the children of the neighborhood, used to challenge each other when we were young, and whoever blinked first would lose the duel."
