Food pairings:

• Ready to use, heat this delicious sauce over low heat and add to pasta with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil or chili aromatic oil and grated Parmesan. It's also an excellent base for delicious tomato recipes. ​
• But also with all pasta dishes, squid risotto, lasagne, meatballs, simmered veal, bruschetta with raw ham, mussels with chili, or also stuffed eggplants.
