Product description
Malabar coffee, unique in its kind, is produced near the far south of India, north of Kochi city, at elevations between 900 to 1500 meters. A special processing method is used that gives this coffee its distinctive character. First, the dried coffee beans are peeled and then processed, packed in jute bags, and placed in a location exposed to monsoon winds. The bags are repacked every six to eight days to prevent mold. Finally, after eight to ten weeks, the beans are ready for roasting. The slightly puffed beans are characterized by low acidity and are easy to digest. This harvest also features a sweet, fruity aroma, a subtle herbal flavor, and full-bodied beans. Pasha Coffee offers 100% single-origin Arabica coffee, ideal for roasting from every coffee-producing country in the world. These bags are specially designed to preserve the quality and delightful aroma of the carefully hand-selected coffee from each country, providing you with a uniquely balanced cup of coffee.
