I asked about making a birthday plate for my son. I knew I wouldn’t have time to both make a plate and paint it so I asked Alaa if she could make the plate ahead of time. She was wonderful throughout the process, asking which plate aesthetic I preferred and getting it ready in a timely manner. She was flexible with when I could come paint which is highly appreciated as a toddler mom! The plate turned out great, something I plan to use every year for his birthday, and everything was so easy. Also I appreciated her willingness to work on a shorter timeline as I’d forgotten to message earlier and she made it work even though she was traveling! Cannot recommend more if you have a personal project, the plate is exactly what I wanted and I definitely couldn’t find something like this in a store.
