🌿 About the grade

The grade of green American cardamom is set by pod thickness, so a Jumbo No. 2 pod at 7 mm is larger than the thinner No. 3. Pods are picked whole and unbroken to keep their essential oils and scent.

📦 Storage

Keep it in a tightly sealed glass or metal jar, away from moisture and sunlight, so the aroma stays strong for longer.
