At the beginning of the twentieth century, the physicist Max Planck proposed the quantum theory, whose epistemological results led to the collapse of the cognitive framework that expressed a mechanistic (mechanical) view of the universe, including systems such as induction, determinism, common sense, necessity, and suspicion. Contemporary epistemology introduced other concepts that shift and go beyond the limitations of the classical Newtonian theory in explanation; it led to the replacement of deterministic and universal laws with probability theories, making the connection between events probabilistic, and there are no fixed laws; rather, hypotheses that may be successful. Also, possible premises lead to possible results as well, not certain, because the premises themselves are inferred from partial facts that do not benefit complete science, and they have caused confusion in common sense. These results push us to rethink and reconsider everything around us.
