What will Egypt be like in 2023? The wealthy have isolated themselves in a (Utopia) on the North Coast under the guard of the American Marines, indulging in drugs and practicing forbidden pleasures to the fullest, while the poor outside are crushed, tearing each other's flesh to survive, without electricity, sewage, or medical care of any kind.
