But what surrounds the region from decline and in front of this fierce attack on the Arab nation, especially what is happening in Iraq, the main corner of this homeland, Abdul Rahman and some friends found that the responsibility of the intellectuals and thinkers of the nation is a huge responsibility that cannot be delayed. It is a necessity to put basic ideas for the revival of work that may make this region stand on the best path. His idea was to propose what he called "Objective Dialogue for the Renewal of Political Work" to be published in the pages of Al-Safir newspaper so that it would be in the hands of all the nation's intellectuals to start the dialogue and participate in discussing all ideas publicly, and also on the pages of the mentioned newspaper, and this was months before his death. What he wanted was not completed, but in his loyalty we publish this paper which he hoped would develop in its presentation by involving seasoned intellectuals and politicians and the new generation in his concerns and aspirations.
