Silanat Coffee Roastery - Ethiopia Shleshli Dried 250g

This Ethiopian processed sun-dried coffee is grown in Yirga Cheffe province in the city of Koshir in the village of Shalashli. It grows at an altitude of 1800 meters, and it is from the Ethiopian Harlom variety. This coffee is characterized by a smooth texture and hints of cherry, peach, with a balanced acidity and jasmine aroma. We roasted it to a medium level to suit filter and espresso.
