Book: Correct and Good from the Collection of Sunan Author: Dr. Waleed bin Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah Al-Hamdān Number of pages: 540 pages (2 colors) Size: 17 by 24 cm Cover: Cardboard reinforced Overview: This "book" I have selected and taken in its entirety with a review of the classification from the book ((Collection of Sunan: Additions of the Four Sunan on the Collection of the Correct and Authentic)) where the purpose was to complement the book ((Collection of the Correct and Authentic)) and all its hadiths are good or authentic, but the authentic hadiths in the Sunan do not reach the rank of the authentic hadiths in the two Sahihs, and this is well known. I would like to point out matters: - The purpose of this selection was not to belittle the weak or neglect it, especially if the weak has what strengthens it, as the scholars mentioned; there are levels, some close to good. - Authentication and weakening are relative matters with disagreements, and differing opinions occur, similar to issues in jurisprudence; some disagreements are valid, and some are weak. - I relied on what I could do and what I reviewed from the words of the early imams and preservers, then looked into the sayings of Tirmidhi, Abu Dawood, and Nasa’i, and then considered the opinions of later and contemporary scholars. - Both authentic and good hadiths are accepted and their categories are the same among scholars, and they are both valid in evidence, except in case of conflict, where the strength of the hadith is considered, and the stronger chain is preferred.
