The Bright Lights in Revealing the Sacred Hadiths

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and sufficient, and prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and upon His chosen servants. Then, after: The work of Adam's son is never free from error, slip, illusion, doubt, and suspicion, no matter how much effort he makes. And the reason for that is the deficiency in knowledge, lack of understanding, and above every knowledgeable person is One who knows best. And I have exerted effort in this book to the best of my ability, scrutinizing the chains of narration, verifying, tracking the evidences, clarifying the transmission, and supporting the statements. And I did not intend to publish it until I gathered what was possible of the sacred Hadiths in the books of tradition... but alas. And I saw that if I continued on this path, the book would never be completed. So I decided to publish the book, and if Allah wills, I will print it again and add what is new of the sacred Hadiths and correct any mistakes, slips, and illusions I may have fallen into. Allah is the one responsible for it benefiting people and making this effort purely for the sake of the Most Generous. And may He not deprive us of reward; for Him I have strived.
