The scholar Mohammed Dhari Hamadi, a star in the sky of Arabic, shining brightly, was a member of the Iraqi Scientific Academy. His research had a significant impact on contemporary linguistic research. This precious collection includes various linguistic studies, covering old and modern research such as linguistics, semantics, Arabic lexicography, word formation, scientific terminology, and other topics that no student or Arabic scholar can do without. Most of these studies were previously published in various journals, then compiled by the author due to their importance and to facilitate access. He divided them into groups and arranged the studies within each group according to their publication date. The first group is linguistics research and includes the following: disagreement over the terminological designation of modern linguistics, the geographical approach in language study, linguistics and its place among sciences in modern studies. The second group: studies on the word in Arabic, including gender distinction and femininity in Arabic between sign and usage, the triliteral root verb and its true measure, modern alerts on linguistic errors in proper names, semantics in linguists' investigations, the Arabic lexicon, its material, methods, and several other studies. The third group: studies on syntax in Arabic, including word formation in Arabic and its use in scientific terminology, grammatical structures in linguists' investigations, the numerical relationship between the two main parts of the Arabic sentence, and several other studies. The fourth group: studies on what exceeds one element in Arabic, including Ibn Jinni's responses to scholars in his book "Al-Khasais," borrowing scientific terminology, and others.
