Product description

Orvin | Orvin comes to you from Colombia from the Quindio region, Armenia specifically, at an altitude ranging between 1700-1200 meters above sea level, where the Castelón farm is located, which covers an area of 7 hectares at an altitude reaching 1450 meters above sea level. Carlos Orvin comes from a Colombian family engaged in coffee cultivation, and he was able, with his experience and knowledge, when he bought the farm 32 years ago, to prepare the soil, revive the natural springs there, and develop it. He also planted beautiful colorful flower shrubs such as Helichrysum and Romelia, as well as several indigenous trees. Now, the Castelón farm, surrounded by trees, looks very amazing. The crop was processed using honey anaerobic methods; where the coffee undergoes fermentation for up to 72 hours while maintaining the sticky membrane surrounding the coffee beans, then it is spread on raised beds, which helps highlight the flavors of the coffee and clarify them to present a wonderful blend of apple and lemon acidity and sugarcane sweetness. It was roasted with a process suitable for espresso drinks and distillation so you can enjoy it in any cup you desire. Processing: washed anaerobic. Hints: mango, red grape, sweetness, tropical fruits. Variety: Castillo.
