PECB Certified Course: ISO 22301 Foundation

999

Product description

Understand the principles and main requirements of a business continuity management system based on ISO 22301.

This introductory course explains how ISO 22301 structures a business continuity management system (BCMS). It covers the management-system framework, continuity policy, leadership commitment, operational preparation, internal audit, management review and continual improvement.

The learner gains enough context to understand how an organisation prepares for disruption and maintains a controlled approach to continuity, without confusing the Foundation route with an advanced implementation or audit qualification.

Exam and credential pathway

The examination focuses on fundamental BCMS concepts and the main ISO 22301 requirements. The applicable examination format follows the course rules; English is the default examination language.

After completing the course and passing the examination, a candidate may apply for the PECB Certificate Holder in ISO 22301 Foundation designation. PECB lists no professional-experience, audit-hour or BCMS-project requirement for this entry-level designation; application requirements and the Code of Ethics remain applicable.

Course completion, examination success, certification application and credential issuance are separate stages; the credential is not issued automatically.

For official course details, see the PECB ISO 22301 Foundation page.
