Terms and Conditions – Fitness Lines Club 1. The subscription is activated on the date specified by the member, provided that the postponement period does not exceed one week, and the start date of the subscription cannot be modified or changed after approval. 2. Fingerprint must be used upon each visit to the club, and membership use by another person is prohibited. Misuse of the membership will result in its cancellation without any compensation. 3. Club entry times are from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. 4. Entry is prohibited for those under 15 years old. 5. The subscription fee is non-refundable after 48 hours from the registration date. The subscription can be transferred to another member for a transfer fee according to the package: • One month: 50 SAR • 3 months: 150 SAR • 6 months: 300 SAR • 12 months: 400 SAR 6. Full sportswear must be worn, and clothes or shoes should not be left inside lockers after exercising, as lockers are emptied daily. The management is not responsible for any lost items. 7. The club management is not responsible for personal belongings, and leaving items in the halls is prohibited. Items must be placed in designated areas. 8. Devices and facilities must be used carefully, and the member is responsible for any damage caused by misuse. We also require weights and equipment to be returned to their places after use. 9. The management has the right to temporarily close the club or part of it for maintenance, development, cleanliness, or in emergency cases. 10. The management may modify working hours or operate some facilities according to policies or emergency circumstances. 11. Smoking inside the club is strictly prohibited, and bringing in outside food and beverages is also forbidden. 12. The use or trading of stimulants inside the club is prohibited, and violators will be held accountable. 13. Vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas. 14. The management has the right to cancel the subscription without compensation in case of misconduct or violation of regulations. 15. The member has the right to freeze the subscription according to the following policy: • One month: 4 days (once) • Two months: 15 days (once) • 3 months: 24 days (divided into two periods) • 6 months: 45 days (divided into three periods) • 12 months: 93 days (divided into four periods) 16. The member confirms that there are no health restrictions preventing her from practicing sports. 17. Engaging in sports activities is at the member’s personal responsibility; a medical check-up is recommended beforehand. The management is not responsible for any injuries. 18. Respectful behavior towards staff and other members is mandatory, and any inappropriate conduct is prohibited. 19. Modest sportswear that complies with the applicable regulations in the Kingdom must be worn. 20. Photographing members or staff is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate cancellation of the membership without compensation, along with legal actions. 21.
