Terms and Conditions – Fitness Lines Club 1. The subscription is activated on the date specified by the subscriber, provided that the postponement period does not exceed one week, and the start date of the subscription cannot be modified or changed after approval. 2. The fingerprint must be used upon each visit to the club, and the membership is prohibited from being used by any other person. Misuse of the membership will result in its cancellation without any compensation. 3. Club entry times: • Men’s section: • Saturday to Thursday: from 6:00 AM to 2:00 AM • Friday: from 4:00 PM to 12:00 midnight • Women’s section: • Saturday to Thursday: from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM • Friday: closed 4. Entry is prohibited for those under 15 years old. 5. The subscription fee is non-refundable after 48 hours from the registration date. The subscription can be transferred to another subscriber for a transfer fee according to the package: • 1 month: 50 riyals • 3 months: 150 riyals • 6 months: 300 riyals • 12 months: 400 riyals 6. Full sports attire must be worn, and clothes or shoes should not be left inside lockers after finishing the workout, as lockers are emptied daily. The management is not responsible for any lost items. 7. The club management is not responsible for personal belongings, and leaving items in the halls is prohibited. Items must be placed in designated areas. 8. Equipment and facilities must be used carefully, and the subscriber is responsible for any damage caused by misuse. We also require returning weights and equipment to their places after use. 9. The management has the right to temporarily close the club or part of it for maintenance, development, cleanliness, or in emergency cases. 10. The management can modify working hours or operate some facilities according to policies or emergency circumstances. 11. Smoking inside the club is strictly prohibited, and bringing outside food or drinks is forbidden. 12. The use or trading of stimulants inside the club is prohibited, and violators will be held accountable. 13. Vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas. 14. The management has the right to cancel the subscription without compensation in case of misconduct or violation of regulations. 15. The subscriber has the right to freeze the subscription according to the following policy: • 1 month: 4 days (once) • 2 months: 15 days (once) • 3 months: 24 days (divided into two periods) • 6 months: 45 days (divided into three periods) • 12 months: 93 days (divided into six periods) 📌 The freeze applies only to the main subscription period and does not include free days or months added through offers or packages. The free period is always at the beginning of the subscription, not at the end. 16. The subscriber affirms that there are no health reasons preventing them from practicing sports. 17. Practicing sports activities is at the subscriber’s personal responsibility, and a medical check-up is recommended beforehand. The management is not responsible for any injuries. 18. Respectful behavior towards staff and other subscribers is mandatory, and inappropriate conduct is prohibited. 19. Modest sports attire that complies with the applicable regulations in the Kingdom must be worn. 20. It is strictly forbidden to photograph subscribers or staff. Violating this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the membership without compensation, and legal actions will be taken. 21.
