Introduction: The proliferation of networks, online publishing tools, and social media pages has created opportunities and opened fields for curriculum vitae writers to document their careers interactively, moving from traditional written styles to more advanced means of recounting past life events, where words alone are no longer the hero of the scene, but have been surpassed by multimedia that opens the field for sound, image, and video clips to express important aspects of the life of the author or the account holder. The entry of the curriculum vitae into the digital realm is followed by various developments in recording life events, most of which are outside the traditional pattern of expression, requiring attention to updating traditional studies of the curriculum vitae beyond what critics have previously accustomed. These digital incursions will undoubtedly participate in changing perceptions of some intertwined critical and cognitive concepts related to the curriculum vitae, most notably: self and identity; truth and imagination; memory and fiction; reality and fabrication; general and personal. Given its primary role in determining the acceptance of registration requests in the concerned entity—whether a university, college, institution, or company—we focus in our training program on the art of preparing the digital curriculum vitae, which is considered the key to achieving the job goal. We also address a set of basic standards that ensure the success of that CV and its performance of its primary purpose, after observing several points in preparing the digital CV file among a wide range of people.

Assessment and evaluation tools for training programs:
1- Evaluation methods by the trainer and course management:
Training is about closing performance gaps, and for the training program to succeed, a system of factors contributes to its success: the trainer, course management, services, training hall, training bag, training objectives, trainees, internal and external training environment. The course is evaluated before, during, and after, with a pre-meeting to confirm training needs and objectives, review the program, and assign tasks (see Appendix - Evaluation Meeting for the Program - Pre-Meeting Objectives). Daily meetings are held after the training day for 30 minutes, including the trainer, the training team, the course manager, and the services manager, to review the day’s program and discuss improvements for the next day (see Appendix - Daily Evaluation Meeting). A final evaluation meeting is held after the program ends for one hour, with recommendations for improvement when the program is repeated (see Appendix - Final Evaluation Meeting).
The initial evaluation relies on the expectations board and trainees’ experience forms (see Appendix - Expectations Board and Trainees’ Experience Form), filled out before the training begins. During and after the program, evaluation depends on observation, measurement, daily evaluation forms from trainees, and the evaluation board.
2- Evaluation methods by trainees:
a- Experience forms (see Appendix - Expectations Board and Trainees’ Experience Form)
b- Daily and final evaluation forms (see Appendix - Training Program Evaluation Form)
c- Daily evaluation board (see Appendix - Daily Evaluation Board)
d- Suggestion box (see Appendix - Suggestion Box)
These evaluation methods are periodically studied and analyzed using Excel daily (see Appendix - Evaluation Form Analysis for the Training Program).
Conditions for passing any training program:
To obtain a certificate of passing, the participant must:
- Attend at least 90% of the training hours.
- Actively participate in all training activities.
- Pass the training tests designed by the trainer.
Regulations to consider during organizing the training:
1- The trainer is the team leader in the training program and has the right to request everyone to double their effort and contribution.
2- The course coordinator or director holds a briefing session with the trainer at least one day before the program starts, explaining participant backgrounds, training needs, main issues facing them and their community, and their religious, sectarian, cultural, economic, social, and professional backgrounds.
3- A daily evaluation session is held at the end of each training day, including the trainer, course director, and coordinator, to review trainee and trainer feedback and improve the course.
4- Smoking inside the training hall, corridors, or bathrooms is strictly prohibited, especially for the administrative, marketing, and training team.
5- All training, administrative, and marketing team members must respect prayer times and perform prayers in congregation with trainees, as they serve as role models. Prayer will be immediately performed upon the call, with no delay or interruption.
6- Entry of non-participants into the hall is forbidden unless authorized by the trainer personally, and solely for the purpose of supporting the training program. The trainer has exclusive authority to decide on entry.
