It is expected to provide reliable information supported by evidence and indicators regarding the level of quality of the school’s performance in each standard of evaluation and school accreditation. The traditional approach to school evaluation no longer keeps pace with qualitative, technological, and social developments in education; therefore, the school must rely on its inputs and outputs on standards that reveal shortcomings and elevate performance levels, thus giving the school confidence in fulfilling its mission towards society, institutions, and individuals. Why do schools need school accreditation? The need for evaluation in schools is to: raise performance efficiency, ensure continuous quality and development by building an integrated system of standards for all elements of the educational process in the school and applying them, building and achieving school evaluation standards according to best practices, which enhances trust and credibility for schools and the local community. Contributing to the advancement of education levels and improving outcomes to keep pace with local and global changes. At the Success Skills Foundation, we always strive for continuous improvement of training packages, and due to the circumstances of training, interaction, and the diligent effort to meet the actual training needs of participants, the trainer may add 20% more or less to the content of the training package to ensure the actual training sites of participants are aligned, while maintaining quality and professionalism in delivering the program. Evaluation tools by the trainer and course management: Training is a performance gap filler, and for the training program to succeed, a system of factors contributes to its success: the trainer, course management, services, training hall, training bag, training objectives, trainees, internal and external training environment. The course is evaluated before, during, and after, with a pre-meeting to confirm training needs and objectives, review the program, and assign tasks (see Appendix — Evaluation Meeting for the Program — Pre-Meeting Objectives). A daily meeting is held 15 minutes after the end of each day for 30 minutes with the trainer, course management, and coordinator to review the day’s program and discuss improvements for the next day (see Appendix — Daily Evaluation Meeting). A final evaluation meeting is held after the program for one hour to finalize the evaluation and include recommendations for improvement for future presentations (see Appendix — Final Evaluation Meeting). The initial evaluation relies on expectation charts and trainee experience forms (see Appendix — Expectation Chart and Trainee Experience Form), filled out by participants before the program begins. During and after the program, evaluation depends on observation, measurement, daily trainee evaluation forms, and the evaluation board. 2. Evaluation tools by trainees: a. Experience forms (see Appendix — Expectation Chart and Trainee Experience Form) b. Daily and final evaluation forms (see Appendix — Training Program Evaluation Form) c. Daily evaluation board (see Appendix — Daily Evaluation Board) d. Suggestion box (see Appendix — Suggestion Box) These evaluation methods are reviewed periodically and analyzed using Excel daily (see Appendix — Evaluation Form Analysis for the Training Program). Conditions for passing any training program: To receive a certificate of completion, the participant must: - Attend at least 90% of the training hours. - Actively participate in all training activities. - Pass the training assessments designed by the trainer. Rules to consider during the organization of the training program: 1. The trainer is the team leader in the training program and has the right to request everyone to increase effort and performance. 2. The course coordinator or director holds a briefing session with the trainer at least one day before the program to explain participant backgrounds, training needs, key issues, and their religious, sectarian, cultural, economic, and social backgrounds. 3. A daily end-of-day session is held to evaluate each training day, involving the trainer, course director, and coordinator, to review feedback and improve the next day. 4. Smoking inside the training hall, corridors, or restrooms is strictly prohibited, especially for the administrative, marketing, and training team. 5. All training, administrative, and marketing team members must respect prayer times and perform prayers in congregation with trainees, as they are role models. Prayer will be paused immediately upon the call, and delaying or interrupting it is not allowed. 6. No one other than the trainer is allowed inside the hall without special permission, which is at the trainer’s discretion.
