The Cloud Head - The Sickle Volume 2

The Cloud Head - The Scythe Volume 2 by Neil Shusterman ... Humans learn from their mistakes, and I cannot because I do not make any mistake. The Cloud Head is the perfect ruler over a perfect world, but he has no authority over the Scythe body. A year has passed since Rowan became a rogue and disappeared from sight, he became a popular legend, and took it upon himself to enforce the law by himself, by eliminating corrupt scythes by burning them, and his story spread whisperingly across the continent. Citra the Scythe became Anastasia, and she plucks with compassion, and challenges the ideas of the "new direction" scythes, but her method of harvesting is met with opposition, and her life is threatened, and it becomes clear that not everyone welcomes change. Old enemies and new foes meet, and with corruption spreading in the Scythe body, Rowan and Citra's hopes fade. Will the Cloud Head intervene? Or will he just watch this perfect world fall apart?
