Yemeni coffee is one of the oldest and finest types of coffee in the world, cultivated in high mountainous areas. Elevation: Grown at high altitudes reaching 1800 meters or more above sea level, which contributes to the richness and complexity of the flavors. Processing: Processed using the dry (natural) method, a traditional technique that highlights the strong fruity flavors of the coffee. Variety: A blend of authentic Yemeni varieties such as Al-Jaidi and Al-Dawairi. Hints: The crop features rich and clear fruity notes, primarily jasmine, raisins, strawberries, and may also show other flavors like blueberries or pineapple in some versions. It also contains warm woody hints and light spices. Texture: Usually medium to full-bodied, providing a rich and full sensation in the mouth.
