Direct replacement bolt on system manufactured out of a high-grade T304 stainless steel that offers an exhilarating soundtrack.

The BMW F90 M5 valvetronic EXHAUST system is designed with a valvetronic technology to control airflow, sound volume and enhance the overall performance and torque. On average horsepower is expected to increase from 5-10% after installing a full catless system, which includes a valvetronic catback and ultra-high flow downpipe.

When valves are closed exhaust gasses are routed through the muffler resulting in a low-profile comfortable drive. However, when the valves are fully open an intense and sporty soundtrack is produced.

Depending on your car model and exhaust setup, switching exhaust valves between street and race modes may be achieved using a factory exhaust/sport button, drive modes, or by selecting the Fi Pro remote control upgrade. The unique sound and performance for BMW F90 M5 / Competition is achieved through individually designed muffler internals that are fabricated to offer an ultimate driving experience.

Catless / Decat Downpipe

(No Catalytic Converter)

This setup completely deletes the catalytic converter, featuring a straight-through stainless steel downpipe with zero restrictions.

• Exhaust Flow:Maximum possible exhaust flow with minimal backpressure, helping the turbo spool faster and deliver stronger power gains
• Ideal for Stage 2 / Stage 3 builds

Performance:

• Delivers the highest horsepower and torque potential thanks to unrestricted exhaust gas flow

• More pronounced pops, bangs, and crackles under load

200-Cell Downpipe (Sport / High-Flow)

Equipped with a high-flow sport catalytic converter rated at approximately 200 cells (significantly less restrictive than OEM).

Flow & Performance:

• Excellent turbo response with noticeable power gains compared to OEM

Emissions & Street Use:

• Reduces harmful emissions such as CO and HC, making it more suitable for daily driving
• Lower risk of failing inspections or triggering a CEL compared to catless setups (depends on tuning and local regulations)
