Rosina, her small boat

"Rozinha, her small boat" is a story of the Amazon forests in the most precise minutes. It is narrated by Jose Mauro, the owner of "My Tree, the Wonderful Orange Tree," passionately from a fall into those forests with flesh, blood, and memory. The hero, Ze Oroko, crosses the river on his small boat, Rozinha. And Rozinha is not just any boat; it is a companion and teacher that teaches Ze Oroko the lessons it has touched since it was a seed, a tree, then wood that becomes a boat. It is also a novel that introduces its friend Ze Oroko to enchanting stories that allow the reader to touch the soul of the forest with all its components. The forest and the river, a unique narrative universe, magical and located in rain, flood, and sun. We laugh with this novel and cry, live and dream. We wander in a strange childish universe, where bizarre misery is avoided, and softness befriends harshness, and every element becomes a subject of questioning and a material for storytelling.
