تفاصيل المنتج:

• نوع الخامة: أكريليك ناعم عالي الجودة.
• المقاس: 95 × 85 سم (مقاس عملي ومناسب للاستخدام اليومي).

خطوات الطلب والتنفيذ:

1. التصميم: يمكنكِ إرفاق صورة التصميم المطلوبة مع الطلب، أو كتابة الاسم/العبارة في الملاحظات.
   • لا تملكين تصميماً؟ لا تقلقي، نحن نصممه لكِ بكل حب فقط وضحي في الملاحظات
2. التأكيد: بعد إتمام الطلب، سيتواصل معكِ فريقنا عبر الواتساب لتأكيد (الاسم، الألوان، وشكل الخط) قبل البدء.
3. مدة العمل: يستغرق تنفيذ القطعة من اسبوعين الى 3 اسابيع ، ليصلكِ المنتج بأعلى جودة.

ملاحظة: لا يمكن تغيير التصميم بعد اعتماده والبدء فيه. وفي حال الرغبة بتغيير جذري، قد تُطبق رسوم إضافية.

تعليمات العناية (للحفاظ على جودة التطريز):

• الغسيل: نوصي بالغسيل اليدوي أو الغسالة (وضع لطيف) بماء بارد.
• المنظفات: تجنبي المبيضات أو المنظفات القوية للحفاظ على ألوان الخيوط.
• الكي: يتم الكي من الخلف (بوضع قطعة قماش عازلة) وبدرجة حرارة منخفضة جداً.

   • Don’t have a design? No worries! We’ll create a beautiful design for you with love. Simply let us know your preferences in the notes.
2. Confirmation: After placing your order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the name, colors, and font style before production begins.
3. Production Time: The item takes approximately 2–3 weeks to be completed, ensuring that you receive your product with the highest quality.

Note: The design cannot be changed once it has been approved and production has started. Major design changes may be subject to additional fees.

Care Instructions (To Preserve the Embroidery):

• Washing: We recommend hand washing or machine washing on a gentle cycle using cold water.
• Detergents: Avoid bleach and harsh detergents to preserve the thread colors.
• Ironing: Iron from the reverse side using a protective cloth and very low heat.
