If he is bleeding - Stephen King

Stephen King – In January 2021, Conrad family, the neighbors adjacent to Anderson family, received a small wrapped envelope addressed to Detective Ralph Anderson who is spending a long holiday in the Bahamas, printed on it in large letters, do not open and keep until arrival .. When Ralph opened an envelope, he found a signed hard drive written on it if he is bleeding, which is an allusion to the old metaphorical phrase in news reports if he is bleeding, it will lead to the perpetrator .. The drive contained a kind of report, or an oral diary, from Holly Gibney, with whom the detective collaborated on a case that started in Oklahoma and ended in a cave in Texas .. It was a case that changed Ralph Anderson’s view of reality forever .. The last words in Holly’s auditory report date back to December 19, 2020, and she seemed to be panting .. I did my best, Ralph, but that may not be enough .. Despite all my precautions, there is a possibility I won’t come out of this alive .. If I die, and you decide to continue what I started, please be careful, you have a wife and a son .. The book includes four stories set in mysterious crime atmospheres: Mr. Harington’s Phone, Chuck’s Life, If He Is Bleeding, The Rat, and a word from the author about how each idea of this book’s stories was formed.
