A: These are three different methods for powering the dash cam:

Plug & Play: Connects to the rain sensor or sunroof interface. It starts and stops with the car and does not support parking monitoring.

OBD cable: Connects to the car’s OBD port. It uses the car battery and supports parking monitoring.

Fuse box cable: Connects directly to the fuse box. It also supports parking monitoring.

In terms of installation difficulty: fuse box > OBD > Plug & Play.

Q: Will parking monitoring affect the car battery?

A: If used correctly, it will not affect the battery.

Our power cables are equipped with voltage protection, and the app allows you to turn parking monitoring on or off.

In addition, parking monitoring will automatically stop after 48 hours to prevent battery drain.

WARNING: If you do not drive your vehicle for a week or longer and do not recharge the battery, we do not recommend using parking monitoring.

Q: How to choose a 4K dash cam?

A: We offer different resolutions based on your needs:

1080P Front Cam: Single front camera, 2MP (1920x1080)

2K Front Cam: Single front camera, 4MP (2560x1600)

4K Front Cam: Single front camera, 8MP (3840x2160)

4K Dual Cam: Front camera 8MP (3840x2160) + rear camera 2MP (1920x1080)

"64G/128G" indicates the included memory card. If not specified, a memory card is not included and should be purchased separately.

Use a U1 or U3 speed card for 1080P/2K, and a U3 speed card for 4K. Maximum supported capacity is 256GB; 128GB is recommended for best compatibility.

If you want to upgrade to "4K Dual Cam with 128G card", you can pay $20 via the "make up the difference" link.

Q: Can I buy a front-facing camera first and add a rear camera later?

A: No. Single-camera and dual-camera models use different mainboards, so the rear camera cannot be added afterward. Please confirm your needs before purchasing.
