The topper specifications recommend an 8 cm thickness for light to medium users up to 70 kg, and a 14 cm thickness for users above 70 kg. A thinner topper is recommended for a taller mattress, while a thicker topper is recommended for a firmer mattress. The topper included in this bundle is 14 cm thick.
Before first use, unfold the topper and leave it for 3–4 hours. Reposition it periodically and gently fluff the filling. Use a protector and wash the protector regularly. Dry cleaning is recommended when necessary; washing the topper is preferably avoided. Do not bleach, tumble dry or iron the topper.
Hotel Pillows
Extra-soft pillows measuring 50×70 cm, with 1000 g of down-alternative microfiber filling and a 100% cotton cover with a soft, fresh feel. They have a medium loft and filling that holds its shape with use. Machine washable according to the care instructions.

Size Exchange Policy
If you order an unsuitable size or a size different from the one required, you may request an exchange for another size. You bear the actual transport and exchange fees, estimated according to your location and shipping costs, usually SAR 50–200 depending on the city.
If the factory is responsible for preparing or delivering the wrong size, the exchange is free of charge.
To qualify for an exchange, the product must:
- Remain in its original packaging and cleanliness condition.
- Be unused and undamaged.
- Have an exchange request submitted within 3 days of receipt.
Custom sizes and products made to order cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a factory error or a clear manufacturing defect.
