If you order an unsuitable or incorrect size, you may request an exchange and pay the actual transport and exchange charges based on your location and shipping cost, usually SAR 100–500 depending on the city. If the factory supplied or delivered the wrong size, exchange is free.

The product must remain in its original packaging and clean condition, unused and undamaged. Submit your exchange request within 3 days of receipt.

Custom-size and made-to-order products cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a factory error or a clear manufacturing defect.
