Euro Top Comfort, Firm Feel

The Euro Top design combines comfort foam, reinforced support foam and pocket springs, finished with high-quality micro-woven fabric for a soft surface feel.

Firmness: 7/10 — On the Firm Side

1 = very soft, 10 = very firm. The softness of the fabric and comfort layers differs from the overall firmness of the mattress. Feel may vary with body weight and preference. Recommended weight for comfort: 80–100 kg per person.

Motion Isolation for Partners

Individually pocketed springs work independently to help reduce motion transfer between the two sides when one partner changes position.

Choosing Your Size — Width × Length

This product’s size: 120×190 cm. Measure the inside width and length of the bed base where the mattress will sit, rather than the frame’s outer dimensions. Choose sheets that fit a 27 cm mattress height.

Mattress Care

Sleep on the top surface only. Use a stable bed base suitable for the mattress size. Use a mattress protector and clean or replace it regularly, at least weekly as advised in the existing care instructions. Keep the mattress ventilated and avoid bending or damage.

Your body may need time to adjust to a new mattress. Allow around 30 days for adjustment; Royal Bed recommends allowing up to 50 days. This is adjustment guidance, not a sleep trial or an additional return or exchange entitlement.

Size-Related Exchange Policy

If you order an unsuitable size, you may request an exchange for another size. You cover the actual transportation and exchange charges based on your location and shipping costs, typically SAR 50–200 depending on the city.

If the factory makes an error when preparing or delivering the size, the exchange is free of additional charges.

• Submit the exchange request within 3 days of receipt.

Custom-size or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged except for a factory error or a clear manufacturing defect.
