Service features: • Guarantee of seriousness: this fee is symbolic to ensure the seriousness of the request and to allocate sufficient time for the search. • Refundable fee: this amount is fully deducted from your final purchase invoice once the request and purchase are approved. • Complete transparency: if we apologize for not having the requested part available, the amount will be refunded to your account immediately. Requirements (please provide them in the fields below): 1. Vehicle Identification Number (VIN): consisting of 17 characters and number (found in the vehicle registration). 2. Vehicle data: type, model, and year of manufacture. 3. Parts list: specify the required parts accurately. Important note: Due to the technical effort involved in examining drawings and providing prices, these fees are non-refundable if the quote for the requested parts is provided and the customer does not wish to complete the purchase.
